Jeff Hopper is responsible for all global customer facing client services including support, training and solution design. He comes to LumenVox with over 20 years of expertise in speech recognition, in-bound and out-bound customer self-service applications, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications, multi-channel contact centers, call routing in call centers and the supporting technologies; including 5 years at Nuance Communications as North American Director of Sales Engineering and 5 years with Siebel Systems as Sales Consulting Manager. Jeff holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Lambuth University.
