 Valene Skerpac, CISSP CISM PMP, is a Director at iBICS. She leads iBICS’ internal research and development (R&D) activities and contract services in the areas of application development and solutions delivery, security and identity with a specialization in the area of voice authentication. Ms. Skerpac has served as the Chairman of the VoiceXML Security and Identity Committee and is a past contributing member of the VoiceXML Speaker Biometrics Committee. She presents at speech and security conferences and has published various articles in this area. Ms. Skerpac graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in mathematics, and was awarded an IBM Financial Services Institute Certificate from the Wharton School. She is past chairman of the IEEE New York Communications Society.
