As a member of the Client Solution team, Darla is responsible for cultivating a harmonious relationship between customers and end users of self service applications. Darla is ultimately responsible for creating strategy business roadmaps for large fortune 500 customers to ensure they achieve their business goals and the needs of the end user. Past experience includes leading the user interface design team, usability testing and tuning responsibilities that allow for a unique perspective toward creating realistic and effective solutions for customers. Additionally, she has hands on experience in user interface design, leading successful large scale projects and deploying complex applications while maintaining a collaborative relationship with the customer. Currently, Darla is working with leading financial institutions and insurance providers to produce efficiencies in the call center for live agents and self service technology.
