Mark Eichten is the Executive Director of the Speech Solutions Professional Services team. His responsibilities include leadership of the team responsible for customer experience(CX) / voice interface (VUI) design, development and support of integrated application solutions that incorporate ai, speech, touchtone and live associate support. Eichten has over 19 years of enterprise class speech solution deployment experience and has been with TTEC for 12 years.
