Diana Deibel is a Lead Designer at the digital product design consultancy, Grand Studio, in Chicago and founder of the Ubiquitous Voice Society branch in Chicago. Her work has mainly been centered on massive call center IVRs, insurance and healthcare-based chatbots, and multichannel experiences using voice-first design. She believe in creating real solutions to actual problems, and in questioning the outcomes of what we're creating before we build.
