 Greg Johnston currently manages the IVR technologies development team at Dish Network. With 13 years of experience in the voice industry, Greg has spent much of his time as a developer-architect focusing on the simplification of code structures, maximizing the collection of relevant tuning data, simplifying designs and streamlining the customer experience. Most recently, Greg is leading an effort to upgrade a legacy 4000+ port system to a 6000 port hosted Convergys solution.
