Dmitry Sityaev is Principal Speech Scientist at Genesys. He has over 15 years work experience in speech R&D and Professional Services environments. He has contributed to the development of ASR and TTS engines, and has extensive experience in developing and tuning large-scale IVRs. Dmitry holds an MPhil in Linguistics from the University of Oxford.
