Frank is the Vice President of Customer Experience Solutions for Creative Virtual. In this role, he collaborates with various Fortune 500 clients and partners in the financial services, telco/cable/wireless, insurance, healthcare and travel industries to help improve customer experience through innovative technology solutions that promote smart customer journeys while facilitating seamless multi-channel interactions with reduced customer effort. Frank is an expert in the customer service and contact center arenas with previous roles at inContact and Broadview Networks. Frank is also a skilled trainer, facilitator and teacher who was an educator for nine years before entering the for-profit world. He is a graduate of Villanova University and has earned graduate fellowships at the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Texas at San Antonio and Georgetown University.
