Hello, my name is Rosanne Bonlander. I have been working in the Health Insurance industry for the past 11 years. I have been working with the IVR specifically for the past 3. My main responsibility is making our IVR user friendly and informative. I work on business requirements to enhance our IVR applications and define those for IT development.
