Micha Baum is a senior principal speech scientist and analyst with Nuance’s enterprise division. He started to work for Nuance in 2004 and has held several positions spanning from product development to analytics of speech driven call center automation solutions. Lately he has been the Speech Science lead on prominent travel, financial, and healthcare applications. Micha works out of Nuance’s office in Mahwah, New Jersey. He holds a Ph.D. in engineering from the Technical University Graz (Austria). In his free time he enjoys long distance runs in his scenic town in Northern New Jersey.
