Daryl Gambrell is the Director of Hosted Solutions with Convergys’ Customer Interaction Technology group that delivers on-premises and off-premises dedicated managed hosted, as well as cloud-based contact center software, technologies, and services. For more than 30 years, Daryl has held leadership roles with telecommunications OEMs and application service providers. With expertise from the semiconductor level to software and systems integration at the enterprise level, Daryl has also served as a consultant to technology start-ups.
