Steve DeMott is Manager of Customer Channels and Technology for PECO, an electric & gas utility serving the Philadelphia area.  He is responsible for the company's Web site and IVR and for developing technology strategy for customer service.  Steve has been with PECO and its parent, Exelon, for fourteen years.
