Biographical Information
Craig DiAngelo
Vice President, Enterprise and Operator Services

Craig DiAngelo has been providing product, service and sales leadership at for VoltDelta for over 12 years.  As Vice President for Enterprise and Operator Services products he is responsible for the direction services and solutions spanning voice recognition, messaging and agent infrastructure.  Craig also manages a team of sales engineers dedicated to identifying customer requirements and opportunities for improving telephony-based customer care while reducing costs.  Prior to VoltDelta, Craig directed data center services for Maintech.  Craig holds a BS degree in Political Science from the University of San Diego.  He has also been certified by the Project Management Institute and has held Cisco network certifications.
