Annie is a Senior Voice User Interface Designer at Nuance Communications, and has been designing speech UIs for more than 10 years. She has designed interfaces for such customers as MetroPCS, PNC Bank, New Jersey Department of Pensions and Benefits, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, and Prudential Retirement Systems. She has also contributed to the tuning of many IVR applications. She is the lead caller experience designer for a customer who offers solutions through both their IVR and through mobile phone handsets.
