 Richard L. Hathaway: Mr.Hathaway has over 35 years of industry experience as a consultant, user and provider of telecommunications services. He currently supports a wide variety of market verticals in the design, procurement, and implementation of essential telecom services, call center technologies and converged technology master planning. Rick’s career also includes 21 years in the USAF including 14 years as the operations director for the White House Communications Agency transmission systems division. He has been a member of the Society of Telecommunications Consultants (STC), the largest society of independent telecommunications consultants in North America since 2001 and Past President from 2008-2010.
Byron Battles: Mr. Battles has 26 years of industry experience in direct voice telecommunications evaluation, technical and project consulting, and applied market and subject research. His voice and personal computer-related consulting experience includes baseline assessments, requirements analysis, needs projections, RFP preparation, proposal evaluation, technical evaluation and support, and project management. Mr. Battles’ current sphere of activities includes IP Telephony, business case and TCO development, contact centers, strategic planning, and implementation management in the converged world. He has been a member and Past President of the Society of Telecommunications Consultants (www.stcconsultants.org ), a professional association of independent information and communications technology (ICT) consultants, since 1990.
