Mr. Reed heads business development, strategic partnerships and marketing. Prior to joining Voxify, he was President of CenterPost, a leader in outbound speech messaging solutions; Senior Corporate Vice President of TeleTech with over 40,000 live agents; Managing Partner at SAIC a government-focused technology company; Executive Vice President of Affinity Technology Group, with patents in self-service and e-lending and Managing Director of Global Sales for DST, a cloud-based mutual funds outsourcer. Mr. Reed has been the co-founder of two companies in the past 20-years focused on SaaS solutions for the contact center industry. He’s a founding member of EBA, a health communications network, on the board of TextCaster, delivering SMS notifications and is on the advisory board of Sales Portal, the first auction-based lead seller/buyer network for contact centers. Mr. Reed was the founding member of the Information Management Executive Council (IMEC.) He is educated at St. Olaf College where he received degrees in mathematics and economics and at Drake University in business administration.
