				|  Karen Torf has over 13 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.  Most recently, Karen is involved in providing a Voice solution as part of a multichannel Customer Experience Suite at RightNow Technologies.   Previously, Karen spent 7 years at Avaya focused on voice self service and Contact Center reporting and analytics products.  Karen also held technical leadership roles at Qwest/US West, and served as a call center analyst for Electronic Data Systems (EDS).
