Jim Jenkins
IQ Services

Jim is the CEO and a founder of IQ Services who has been supporting customers in the implementation and monitoring of contact center solutions since 1996. He is a pioneer in developing and implementing quality assurance and testing practices for contact centers. Prior to founding IQ Services Jim has 25 years of experience including leading the implementation of large voice data processing systems, contact center support services, and industrial process control computer systems. He is a regular participant and speaker at industry meetings and conferences.
