Conference Notepads
$3,200 + VAT/£2,000 + VAT
SpeechTEK Europe will produce the pads (to include sponsor logo). If you also wish to provide delegates with branded pens, you will need to produce and supply
directly to SpeechTEK Europe show management. 500 pens will be needed.
Meter Boards
$1,590 + VAT/£995 + VAT
Place a large branded sign in the Reception Area of SpeechTEK Europe: maximum of 4 available. We produce and place the meter board for you. Size: 1m wide x 2m high.
Lunches
$2,400 + VAT/£1,500 + VAT
$4,400 + VAT/£2,750 + VAT if both days booked by same client
Sponsors may run two PowerPoint slides regarding their company message prior to the start of sessions prior to the lunch break, and also receive onsite
signage, promotion in the Event Guide (if contract received prior to March 12 2010), and the opportunity to place targeted literature inside the afternoon
sessions. Client can provide tent cards and /or gifts for the lunch tables and distribute literature during lunch, and may supply napkins with corporate
messaging if wished.
Insert in Delegate Portfolio Bags
$400 + VAT/£250 + VAT for exhibitors
$800 + VAT/£500 + VAT for non exhibitors
The insert should be supplied to Show management prior to April 23, 2010. Order deadline is 9 April 2010.
Expo Hall Bags
$1,500 + VAT/£950 + VAT for Exhibiting Companies (plus cost of bag)
$2,000 + VAT/£1,250 + VAT for Non Exhibiting Companies (plus cost of bag)
Gives sponsors the chance to supply the bags which will be available to all attendees as they enter the exhibit hall. Stuff them with your corporate information
prior to delivering to the event. Approximately 300 bags required.
