Tim Pearce
Global Solution Manager, Self Service Dimension Data
|
Tim joined Dimension Data in 2005 as a lead consultant in the UK responsible for working with strategic customers to shape their self-service strategies in the contact centre; moving on to take on the role of Global Solution Manager, Self Service in 2006. Within this role, Tim leads the development of Dimension Data's global self-service strategy as well as engaging with strategic accounts to accelerate their implementation of self service. Tim has been working in multi channel business process optimization and automation for 10 years across South Africa, the United Kingdom, Australia and Europe, initially with a gold certified Microsoft systems integrator in South Africa, moving on to close what was at the time the UK's biggest speech recognition deployment for a leading speech recognition business in the UK in 2002 ahead of joining Dimension Data.
