Nancy has been instrumental in establishing design best practices over the past 19 years as a human factor's expert and voice user interface designer. Current projects include multi-channel speech solutions for healthcare, telecommunications, and financial industries. She holds a Master's Degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
