Michael Perry, Director of Voice Self Service has been responsible for Avayas Voice Self Service Business unit since 2005. Prior to joining Avaya, Michael has held a variety of leadership roles in Product Management and Marketing at Intuit and several leading US CRM and Speech application companies. With over 12 years of experience in the industry, Michael is credited as launching some of the first packaged B2B commercial speech applications in the industry. Michael has a B.S.B.A in Finance from the University of Denver, and holds several technical certifications.
