Speaker Registration

Exhibitors must register using the exhibitor registration form that will be included with your exhibitor manual. If you have questions, please contact:

Media Registration
Media registration is open to working journalists and analysts with commercial news organizations and research firms. This includes editors, reporters, freelance writers, producers, camera crews and still photographers. Working journalists and analysts are provided complimentary access to all SpeechTEK events and activities.

Registration for marketing, public relations, advertising, sales, art directors, presidents, vice presidents, managers, publishers and other non-editorial employees of media organizations are not considered working press and will not receive media credentials.

To register, please submit a formal request to MediaRequest@infotoday.com.  Requests must include the following:

1) Name
2) Title
3) Company
4) Mailing address
5) Email
6) Phone number
7) Copy of published article or broadcast story with by-line distributed with the past twelve months or business card with name and title.

Pre-registered media badges will not be mailed. All badges will be available on-site in the SpeechTEK Media room. When you pick up your press badge, you will be asked to provide a business card and show photo ID.

Media representatives may be asked to provide the following information in advance or on site to qualify for media credentials:

• Editors, writers and reporters: Provide a business card or letter showing title and/or provide a copy of a publication or story published or broadcast within the past year.
• Freelance writers and reporters: Provide a copy of a published article or broadcast story with by-line distributed with the past twelve months.
• Industry analysts: Provide business card showing title and/or copy of a publication or story published or broadcast within the past year.
