Southern Maryland Electric Cooperative, Inc.


Tana Hill is the Workforce Manager in the Contact Center at Southern Maryland Electric Cooperative (SMECO).  She is responsible for forecasting, scheduling, and budget.  She has been with SMECO for 10 years working in various departments throughout the company.  Tana has spent most of her time in the Contact Center working 2 1/2 years as a representative and in her current position 3 1/2 years.
