 Jennifer is the Development and QA Manager for the Professional Services team at Convergys. She holds a Master of Arts in Romance Languages from the University of Missouri at Kansas City, speaks Spanish and Portuguese and has reading knowledge of Italian. Previously, she has been an adjunct instructor of Spanish at UMKC as well as Rockhurst University in Kansas City. Jennifer has been working in IVR testing since 2005, and has held both CMST (Certified Manager of Software Testing) and CSTE (Certified Software Test Engineer) certifications from the Quality Assurance Institute. Jennifer has led testing efforts for both speech and touchtone applications for numerous clients in many different languages over the past nine years (European Spanish, North American Spanish, Canadian French, European French, Italian, Korean and Portuguese).
