Manish Sharma

Manish Sharma recently founded Techno-ventions Inc. to apply his years of experience in developing customer care solutions to real world problems. Prior to founding Techno-ventions, he was the Senior Vice President of Business Solutions at West Interactive. Manish brings 20 years experience delivering technology and business solutions. His previous experience includes positions at TuVox, Nortel Networks, Periphonics, T-NETIX, and SpeakEZ. He is versed on speech technology and solutions and delivers invaluable source of industry insights and technical guidance for in the areas of contact center, CRM and mobile care. Manish holds a Bachelors of Engineering from Maharaja Sayajirao (M.S.) University and also a M.S., Electrical and Computer Engineering and Ph.D., Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-New Brunswick.
