 Mike has banked more than 40 years in telecommunications, contact centers and networking while working at Honeywell, GTE, PNC Associates, Verizon & IQ Services. Since joining IQ Services, Mike’s participated in hundreds of VC101® engagements utilizing the Virtual Customer methodology to ensure contact center technology defends brand promise and delivers the intended customer service experience first time, every time. Prior to IQ Services, Mike was Ops Director for a 90s start–up, wrote code for Centrex, designed and built networks for the DoD and helped introduce DSL services for the RBOCs.
