Hotel Accommodations

The New York Marriott Marquis is the official conference hotel for SpeechTEK 2009. Discounted guest room rates at the Marriott Marquis have been arranged for attendees through Meeting & Travel Consultants, Inc. (MTC), the official housing bureau for SpeechTEK. Please do not call the hotel directly. (The rates are $229 single or double per night for attendees who book reservations before August 5, 2009.) Room blocks are subject to availability, and sales and occupancy tax, and therefore are not guaranteed. SO, PLEASE BOOK EARLY!

There are four easy ways to make your hotel reservation:

Air Travel

There are 3 airports you can fly into. LaGuardia (LGA) is the closet airport. A taxi from the airport to the hotel will cost you approximately $30.00. The second airport is JFK International (JFK). A taxi from the airport to the hotel will cost approximately $45.00. The third airport is Newark International (EWR), and a taxi from there to the hotel will cost approximately $60.00.
