This Exhibitor Service Manual is designed to help you easily find all the information needed to coordinate your exhibit at the 2009 show.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Each exhibiting company receives a company listing on the SpeechTek Website as well as a listing in the Final Program. Please submit your company description by
June 19th via our online form

Each exhibiting company receives unlimited exhibits-only passes for booth personnel, as well as (2) complimentary networking passes per 10’x10’ space.

Each booth includes:
- 8' back drape & 3' side rails - in show colors blue/black
- Standard ID sign - 7"x44" company name and booth number
- 2 chairs
- 6' draped table
- Wastebasket
- Lead Retrieval Machine
- One-time pre-show booth cleaning
Please note Exhibit Hall is carpeted.
